P-United’s experts participated in international scientific conference which consisted in Ekaterinburg at term of June 4 – 8 2007. Subject of the conference was “Biological reclamation and monitoring of disturbed areas”. The conference was organized form Russia’s scientific academy and University “Maxim Gorki”.

Our representatives were professor Elena Jeleva and MSc Petar Petrov. The theme of deliver was: “Implement of biological reclamation of disturbed areas from production of ore minerals in Chelopech Manning’s industrial region.

Major directions of conference were: Methods of monitoring and reclamation of disturbed soils from petroleum production Study of possibilities to create ecosystems in areas, affected from waste flows from different metallurgical production; Problems, related with mutation of biological ambient in mountain areas; Opportunities for using different species of plants settlement of harmful consequences of industry; Research of biological species mutation , growing in polluted areas; General methodology for determination of specific conditions of industrialareas and methods of reclamation.
